PROJECT MANGER (HVAC and PLUMBING)
Successful mechanical contractor seeks candidates with prior firsthand project management experience of at least 3 years.
Candidates should be qualified in:
- Computer use & email, including MS Office & Procore
- Systems installation
- Manpower allocation & target tracking
- Construction schedule resource management
- Material takeoffs & RFQ’s
- Submittal creation and review
- Project budgets
- Interpreting bid specifications
- Confirming and meeting bid requirements

HVAC Installer
Foremen, Mechanics, or Apprentices with at least 2 years’ experience in commercial and residential installations are needed at our growing company for work in NH and Northern MA.
Candidates with NH Gas Fitters License and MA Sheet Metal Licenses are strongly preferred. Clean driving record is required.
HVAC Service Technician
Experienced Service technician with at least 2 years’ experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems and refrigeration are needed at our growing company for work in NH and Northern MA.
Clean driving record, must have NH Gas Fitters License, OSHA and EPA certification are required.
Plumbing Foreman
Experienced licensed journeyman plumber with experience with commercial jobs and the ability to lead an apprentice.
Clean driving record, journeyman plumbing licenses in either NH or MA (preferably both) are required. NH Gas licensing is required.
